If you want to thrive in our ever-accelerating world, you must learn to cope with stress. First, you have to reevaluate the priorities of your life. Do you really need those lavish things, like fashionable clothes and a brand-new car? If you learn to be content with what you have, you probably won’t have to take a second job or spend your weekend in the office. Second, regular exercise will help relieve your stress. No matter how busy you are, find time to play some games, preferably with your family and kids. Third, you should learn to relax. The world won’t come to an end if you stop and smell the roses on the roadside. By so doing, you’ll find yourself with enhanced physical strength and mental vigor and your capability to cope with change and stress will improve enormously.

There is no denying that distinguished top research workers should be learned and creative. But at the same time they should have some special qualities: cooperative, moral and responsible.
As a respectable researcher, he should be cooperative, that’s to say, he has to be on good terms with other researchers. Cooperation and mutual trust are very critical for scientific achievements. An eminent researcher should be moral, namely, he makes sure that his knowledge is used to bring benefits to the general public rather than to make his personal gains. If researchers working in the nuclear field are evil-minded and use the technology for some personal interest, then the world will get into great trouble. Besides, a top researcher should be a responsible person. He should not make any hasty decisions. Once a decision is made he should shoulder its consequences.
To sum up, to be a top research worker, one should firstly learn to cooperate with others, share the resources and exchange ideas. Secondly, one should learn to put the whole human beings’ interests in the first place, thus he can be a moral researcher. Besides, he should cultivate his sense of responsibility so as to be responsible for any experiment he conducts and any result they bring.

Top research workers represent our nation’s good images. Their work is connected to the progress of science and technology, which impact on people’s welfare at last. Top research workers are so important that they must be erudite, creative, independent and they must have good moral characters such as honesty, sympathy and solidarity.
If a research worker isn’t erudite, he may do well in his research temporarily, but he can’t walk farther in his field because of his lacking of potential. Creative and independent
is the vital qualifications of becoming research worker, otherwise they will echo what other says. Being a good man should be prior to emerging as a talent. Research workers are so intelligent that they can dislocate the world easily if they want. Nuclear weapon is the typical fault of some evil research workers. Honesty can prevent plagiarism; solidarity can avoid repeated work and make more advancement by researching in groups.
Those characters should be cultivated since these future research workers are youths. Kindergarten, elementary schools, high schools and higher schools should shape them with good stuff in proper way. Their families should also influence on them by their curiousness, honesty, sympathy and solidarity.

Nowadays, the hazy weather frequently appears in our daily /life. Haze is air pollution in which is mixed up with dust, smoke and other dry particles, and it obscures the clarity of the sky and the natural /environment. The one of the main reason which causes the haze is manufacturing /operations. Many factories are over produced the smog that have over the /standard. The smog seriously influences the air which finally becomes air /pollution.
It is an important thing to pay attention to the phenomenon of hazy weather, it has done great harm to our daily /life. First of all, many traffic accidents happen just because of the heavy hazy /weather. More importantly, due to the serious disease caused by the haze, more and more people have to go to see the doctor and we are forced to wear the mask to avoid breathing poisonous /air. Most important of all, a great number of people have to stay at
home for fear of the poisonous air caused by the haze and quite a lot of flights have to be put off。
We have realized the great harm caused by the haze and the importance of protecting the /environment. It is our duty to protect our /environment. To settle this problem, a series of measures should be taken as follows(措施). For ourselves, we must plant more trees, save energy reduce the pollution, take public /transportation. For the government, the government should enact more strict laws and regulations to regulate people's daily action and the industrial /production. The government should punish those factories that pollute the environment and ignore the protection, moreover we should develop green and energy-saving energy to lower the emission of haze and improve air /quality.
As far as I am concerned, if we work together to be able to do such measures, our environment will getting better and better and the haze weather will vanish /completely. We are all in this together! We shall survive and thrive /together

In present society, some believe that PhD students should learn the knowledge comprehensively, that is, aiming at obtaining all the knowledge of various fields. They think
as the advanced intellectuals, it is quite necessary of PhD students to study as much as they can so as to make others feel admiring to them. Also through this way, they can talk with others in any topic and promote the communications among the people from deferent grades.
However, others believe that PhD students should just focus all of their energies on their own major that is, aiming at becoming an expert of their research field. To do this, they have to give up their time spending on other subjects even in which they feel interests and dedicate all their time and energies to the study and research of their major. Of course, they might make greater achievements than those above in their own fields.
In my opinion, PhD students should focus on their major and at the same time they should do their best to learn comprehensively. Since PhD students are the most qualified in their major, they need to focus on their major and develop their expertise to become an expert in their fields. However, today only mastering their major knowledge is not enough because many research works require them possess comprehensive knowledge. The more they acquire, the better their abilities may develop, and the better their research will be done. Therefore, in order to achieve integrated development, PhD students should not only focus on their major but also gain knowledge of other fields.
