摘要:The present invention is directed to methods for identifying the presence ofone or more target nucleotide sequences in a sample that involve a nuclease-ligationreaction. In some embodiments, the ligation products formed in the nuclease-ligationprocess of the present invention are subsequently amplified using a polymerase chainreaction. The ligated product sequences or extension products thereof are detected, andthe presence of one or more target nucleotide sequences in the sample is identifiedbased on the detection.
