A good book is a light to the soul. Now, I recommend to you a book is

worth reading a good book “CHICKEN SOUP FOR THE CHRISTIAN SOUL”. the true stories have touched me and expand my awareness of how to love in my life.

In the book, the writers jack canfield , mark victor Hansen and so on used 101stories to open the heart and rekindle the spirit. There are eight parts in the book such as on love , on giving , on faith ,overcoming obstacles, on the lighter side, on death and dying, a matter of perspective and overcoming obstacles. It continues to be a true labor of love and faith for all of us, and we would like to acknowledge the following people for their contributions, without which this book could never have been created.

Especially the part for grateful and love , which let me think a lot. in my more than twenty years , I seldom said „I love you‟ to my parents because I always thought it is not necessary and it is so shy. But I can never forget the expression on their face which is so happy and satisfied when I tried to express my thanks and love to them . we all know that the love, from our relatives and friends is always touch our hearts and give us strength. But unfortunately we always forget to say “I love you” to the very person that they profoundly love.

so please remember, when we are able to express ourselves,

please don‟t hesitate. If you lose the opportunely to say love to the right person, you will regret in your rest of life.
