摘要：The system has airbags (13-17) that are provided between a frame (11) and asupport (9). A 4-way switch is provided for selection and adjustment of seat-relatedfunctions for a seat (1) in a motor vehicle e.g. passenger car, through selection andadjustment of the airbags. A modern personal digital assistant (PDA) is used as switchthat has input key pairs arranged perpendicular to each other. The switch is arrangedaround a rotational axis as a press switch, where the axis stands perpendicular to a planeof the input keys to adjust switching between different function groups. An independentclaim is also included for a method for selecting and adjusting seat-related functions fora seat in a motor vehicle e.g. passenger car.
