Good morning, my name is XXX.It is really a great honor to have this opportunity for an interview. I would like to answer whatever you may raise, and I hope I can make a good performance today, and eventually enroll in this prestigious university in September. Now i will introduce myself briefly.

I come from Shiyan,Hubeiprovince.I’m a township civil servant,and I have workedat the grass-roots level for 3 years.Through the three years’basic training,I have formed a profound understanding about the working of rural areas,that taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation is currentlythe top priority of the party work,and is directly related to whether to build a well-off society in an all-round way as scheduled in 2020.

我来自湖北十堰,是一名乡镇公务员，我在基层工作已经3年了。在基层磨炼的这三年，让我对农村工作有了深刻的了解和认识，精准扶贫是当前全党工作的重中之重，精准扶贫工作直接关系到2020年是否如期建成全面小康社会。

As the Communist Party members working at the grass-roots level,we are going all out to finish this important work.The next two years are the key period for poverty alleviation.To ensure that destitute households get out of poverty and run to a well-off society as scheduled,we eat,live and work with them,we try to get a deep understanding of their production and living difficulties,and we implement accurate strategy in education, medical treatment, housing, road traffic and so on.This work gives me a sense of achievement and a sense of mission, and it makes me more determined to dedicate my youth to the grassroots.

作为在基层一线工作的共产党员，身兼重任的我们正全力以赴在完成这项重要的工作。今后两年是脱贫攻坚的关键期，我们通过和贫困户同吃、同住、同劳动，深入了解他们的生产生活困难，在教育、医疗、住房、道路交通等方面精准施策，确保他们如期脱贫奔小康，这项工作让我非常有成就感和使命感，更加坚定了扎根基层奉献青春的决心。

Grass-roots work has great significance for young people.As a grass-roots civil servant in a new era, it is necessary to strengthen learning, develop vision, and constantly acquire new knowledge to improve self ability. Wuhan University has always been an ideal university in my mind, I am eager to continue my study in Wuhan university.I think it is helpful to my personal ability andto my future career development.Today,I feel very honored to be able to enter the interview. I want to pursue my dream in the spare time, and achieve my own \"dream of famous school\". In the future, I will keep the original Intention to study hard and continue to move forward.

基层工作对年轻人来说大有可为很有意义，但作为一名新时代的基层公务员，必须强化学习，开拓视野，不断汲取新鲜知识提升自我能力。武汉大学一直是我心目中理想的大学, 我对武大仰慕已久，我渴望能在武大继续学习深造，不管是对目前提升我个人工作能力还是对以后职业发展都非常必要。今天我感到非常荣幸能进入武汉大学研究生复试，可以在工作之余追求自己的求学理想，圆我自己的一个“名校梦”，今后我一定不忘努力学习的初心继续前行。
