摘要：An information reproducing apparatus () is provided with: a detecting device ()for irradiating an information. recording medium with laser light (LB) and detecting

reflected light as a detection signal, the information recording medium including a firstrecording layer (L0) and a second recording layer (L1); a high pass filter () for performinga filtering process on the detected detection signal; and a reproducing device () forperforming a reproduction process of the filtered detection signal to reproduce thedata, the high pass filter attenuates a fluctuation component of the detection signal,caused by a relative eccentricity between the first recording layer and the secondrecording layer, by a first attenuation amount (34dB) or more.
